These terms are accepted with every purchase or download of any script, asset or material.

Support Hours: Opening times: Monday to Saturday - 10:00am - 20:00pm BST

To receive support from us, it is Mandatory to have a basic knowledge of programming and related concepts. It is also mandatory that you have consulted our documentation.

• Scripts are tested and checked in several servers before being put on sale. 90% of problems are caused by FAILURE to install the assets correctly and/or not having sufficient knowledge of programming. Most common issues are detailed within our documentations, please ensure you have consulted these prior to posting or creating a ticket.

• Please be patient when waiting for support! Our schedule is in place to allow us to continue living our lives whilst also providing as much support as we can and as quickly as we can. We are only people and want to help but please respect the support schedule. Remember that tickets will not be monitored or answered outside of the support schedule!

• Following the terms of TEBEX, we cannot give refunds for money, as they are digital products. Please raise a ticket and will look at the available options*. Please also remember that sometimes, things are outside of our control as we also have to abide by the rules and terms of the third party vendors that we use. If we are unable to assist due to confliction in these rules, we will notify you of the same and expect that you will respect this decision!

• A cooperative attitude is essential. Messages that defame us or destructive opinions will be deleted. We are here to help you, always with respect and cooperation.

• In order to open a ticket you must first read the CONFIG, the README and the DOCUMENTATION related to the resource. In most cases the solution is there.

• If you transfer your resource to someone else, we cannot return the product to you. The reselling of products is prohibited and we are not responsible for any matter related to transfers of resources.

• It is forbidden to resell any of our products or pass of someone else's content as your own. This is prohibited. Anyone caught doing anything related will be banned and all scripts will be removed

Third Party Terms

We do not have control or input with regards to third party services terms. By using our products or services, you agree to not only abide by the aforementioned terms set out by DPDevs but also by any terms set by third party services which we use to provide you these products or services.
